About
Koutchina is the digital majlis for the card games the Gulf grew up on — built to be played the way they are played at the table, among friends.
What is Koutchina?
A free iOS and Android app with nine authentic card games — Baloot, Tarneeb, Hand, Trix, Estimation, Basra, Hez2, Quinza and Ronda — played by the table rules you know, with live voice majlis rooms where you talk and play with friends.
Entertainment only: no real-money gambling, no betting and no cash prizes. In-game chips have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out.
Who makes it?
Koutchina is developed by ITCE (IT Consulting & Expertise) and published on the stores as ITCE Games. The team builds the game, its servers and this site, and writes the rules guides and glossary in Arabic, English and French.
Our principles
A provably-fair deal and server-authoritative logic — no one can rig the cards. A live turn timer and a bot that covers an absent player, so the table never stalls. Real moderation in the majlis: mute, kick, ban and report.
Every rules guide on this site mirrors the app's own rules, and is reviewed with each update.
