Terms of Service

Eligibility & age

Koutchina is for adults aged 18 or over. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep one account per person.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Koutchina for personal entertainment under these terms. All intellectual-property rights in the app and its content remain ours or our licensors'.

Virtual chips

In-game chips are a virtual currency for entertainment only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game. Koutchina contains no real-money gambling, betting or cash prizes. You do not own chips; you receive a limited licence to use them in-game, which may end when your account closes.

Purchases & refunds

Optional in-app purchases (such as chip packs and cosmetics) are available and processed by the App Store or Google Play. Purchases are subject to the store's terms and refund policy. Digital items are delivered immediately and treated as consumed when granted.

Player conduct & voice chat

Cheating, exploiting bugs, abuse, harassment, hate speech and inappropriate content in majlis and voice chat are prohibited. Use the mute and report tools; a majlis host or our team may mute, kick or ban violators.

Responsible play & controls

We provide tools for moderate play: an age gate, self-exclusion for set periods, and daily/weekly spending limits on purchases. We encourage moderate play and regular breaks. See our Responsible Play page for more.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service any time and delete your account from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, store policies or the law, or to protect players and the service. On deletion, virtual chips and benefits end.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided 'as is', without express or implied warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes to the service & terms

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. We'll update the 'Last updated' date, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, while your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply. For any question, email support@koutchina.app.
